On September 12, Herndon, VA-based ManTech International Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of Definitive Logic, a provider of digital transformation consulting and technology solutions for defense, homeland security and federal civilian agencies.
Based in Arlington, VA, Definitive Logic is a prominent player in the government contracting industry, respected for its strategic advisory capabilities in business system transformation for government customers.
