As part of its market research, VaCA is issuing this RFI to determine if an adequate number of qualified interested vendors exists with the requisite experience and skill sets required to provide intelligence analysis and analytics supporting professional services. Given the complexity and technical nature of Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) requirements, high levels of analytical intelligence expertise, tradecraft, and mission area knowledge are essential to providing the most accurate and highest quality intelligence support possible.  In addition to identifying potential sources, vendor input is sought to clarify commercial industry terminology and approach.

Responses to this RFI will be assessed for the purpose of market research, information and planning purposes only.  As such, industry responses will not be treated as proposals.  The Government further reserves the right to terminate this request and change its requirements if needed.  Responding to this RFI does not guarantee participation in future Government activities.  Responses to this RFI are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form binding contracts.  Response to this RFI is not mandatory for participation in the SIA 4 solicitation.
