OMNI and Bridge Defense form Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture

On October 28, OMNI and Bridge Defense announced the formation of OMNI-Bridge Defense Solutions LLC, a new partnership between OMNI and Bridge Defense, providing mission applications and software solutions to the U.S. Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC), and national security agencies. The new Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (MPJV) has been approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
OMNI focuses on end-user empowerment, tackling complex mission challenges and driving successful outcomes at the speed of mission. Bridge Defense, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is a team of cleared engineers, veterans, and builders deliberately assembled to solve the problems that don’t have a playbook. Together the firms will deliver advanced engineering and software development capabilities, focusing on AI-enabled and data solutions, mission-critical applications and cyber defense.
“We are thrilled to partner with Bridge Defense who brings a similar disruptive mindset to the status quo,” said Paul McQuillan, chief growth and strategy officer of OMNI. “The collaboration will accelerate transformational mission outcomes to the most significant challenges facing our nation.”
This new collaboration marks a significant milestone as both companies join forces to deliver enhanced capabilities and innovative solutions, reimagining mission capabilities and fusing cutting-edge tech with an operator focus.
“We’re excited to collaborate with OMNI to deliver cutting-edge solutions in classified environments,” said Cooper Bradley, president of Bridge Defense. “Bridge Defense and OMNI share a mission-first ethos and a similar approach to rapid, customer-focused development. This partnership builds on Bridge Defense’s recent momentum and we expect it to accelerate delivery for customers across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community from day one.”
