On September 2, MANTECH announced it has been awarded a 5-year, $345 million contract in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division. MANTECH will deliver Research and Development (R&D) on Command, Control, Communications, & Intelligence (C3I) and Cyber Capabilities under the DTIC IAC MAC vehicle. These DoD IAC MAC task orders (TOs) are awarded by the U.S. Air Force’s 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron to develop and create new knowledge for the enhancement of the DTIC repository and the R&D and Science & Technology (S&T) communities.
“As cyber threats evolve in sophistication and scale, safeguarding our national security infrastructure demands tech-forward innovation and cognitive cyber resilience,” said MANTECH CEO and President Matt Tait. “This significant new task order enables MANTECH to bring our advanced digital engineering, AI capabilities, and cyber expertise to bear for NSWC Crane and the Expeditionary C3 and Cyber Division (MXL). The end result: our nation’s warfighters maintain an unrivaled strategic advantage across every contested digital domain.”
MANTECH will perform research, development and engineering related to electronic warfare, strategic missions, and expeditionary warfare with emphasis on expeditionary C3I and cyber capabilities. This work includes R&D, engineering, integration, testing, training, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis.
