The solution pitch videos available on the marketplace address four key elements including the problem, the technology’s readiness level, the potential government impacts, and how the solutions differ from others. These video solutions undergo stringent assessment through competitive procedures compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and relevant statutes, policies, and guidance governing the Department of Defense’s Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs). The videos are exclusively available to government customers on the platform, offering an efficient pathway for DoD organizations to connect with industry, academia, and other innovators.
