NIWC Pacific posts UTES sources sought
On October 5, the Naval Information Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) posted a sources sought notice for USSPACECOM Technical Engineering Services (UTES). Responses are due by November 1, according to SAM.gov.
This is an update to previously posted market survey N66001-23-R-0055. Please note there have been significant changes to the attachments associated with this requirement and the title name change to USSPACECOM Technical Engineering Services (UTES) from USSPACECOM C2F PITCO and Engineering Services Support.
The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is posting a market survey, Industry Day Questions and Answers, and current draft Statement of Work (SOW).
The USSPACECOM has teamed with NIWC Pacific in establishing C2F at USSPACECOM and component commands, in Colorado Springs, CO. NIWC Pacific will have technical authority to design, procure, integrate, install a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence/Information Technology (C4I/IT) infrastructure in the C2F, and transition USAF C4I/IT assets into the facilities.
The contractor shall provide support services to NIWC PAC and facilitate the design, engineering, installation, configuration, and transition to sustainment operations for the C4ISR and information technology (IT) infrastructure of Navy, Joint, and National Command Centers and C4ISR/IT-intensive shore facilities. These services support the detailing of IT infrastructure design specifications, documentation and life cycle estimates based on existing technologies, system integration, testing, evaluation, demonstration and development of technical documentation to support accreditation, procurement and implementation.
Functional areas shall include cable infrastructure, communications, enterprise management systems, information assurance, networks, and information systems. This task is conducted in accordance with applicable Federal, DoD, Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVWAR), NIWC policy, guidance, and directives.
