USSOCOM posts final RFP for Intelligence Support Services – Joint II
On July 13, the U.S. Special Operations Command posted the final RFP for the Intelligence Support Services – Joint II acquisition. Questions are due by 11:00 a.m. on July 27, and proposals are due by 11:00 a.m. Eastern on August 28.
The purpose of this solicitation notice is to announce the FINAL RFP for the “Intelligence Support Services – Joint II (ISS-J II) Competition: Acquisition is being offered for competition, limited to eligible SDVOSB participants.

Eligibility Requirements:
Prime must be Service-Connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business
Prime must have Top Secret Facilities Clearance
Prime, subcontractor, partner or teammate must have Secret Safeguarding CapabilityThe Government will not provide a copy of the RFP to any entity that does not meet the above requirements.
Solicitation will not be posted on FBO. All eligible interested parties shall complete the attached spreadsheet and submit with the required supporting documentation to the POCs listed below.
The solicitation is available. Please submit complete requests early to prevent a delay in receiving the RFP as it will take several days for the Government to verify compliance with eligibility requirements. The Government will not delay the response date (TBD) of proposals due to late submission of RFP requests.
Questions/comments pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent in writing to POCs listed below no later than 11:00 AM, Friday 27 July 2018. Telephonic or face to face inquiries WILL NOT be accepted. You will be directed to submit your questions in writing via email.
All interested parties eligible for award may request a copy of the Final RFP. The solicitation will not be provided to any entity not eligible for award.
