Golden Key Group secures DIA contract

On May 17, Reston, VA-based Golden Key Group (GKG) announced that it has received a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prime contract award for the Office of Human Resources Operations and Services at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The contract vehicle is the agency’s “mandatory for consideration” vehicle for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) Operations and Services (OS).

With this win, GKG has the opportunity to provide support and services that will aid OHR and OS in achieving strategic and operational programs, projects, and priorities. Those services include areas of strong past performance for GKG, including Talent Management, Hiring and Staffing, Records Management, Policy and Programs, Workforce Analytics, and more.

“For twenty years, GKG has partnered with the government to support every facet of the federal employee lifecycle,” said GKG CEO and Managing Partner Gretchen McCracken. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to provide additional manpower and services that will help the DIA’s incredibly skilled team remain prepared to execute its mission.”

GKG is one of six companies to win the IDIQ. The contract was a competitive acquisition, and eleven offers were received. The award has a 5-year base with a 3-year option period and a ceiling of $370 million. The period of performance is expected to begin on June 30, 2022.

“In the last few years, GKG has experienced tremendous growth and expanded our reach across the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Civilian customers,” said McCracken. “Our team brings a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs, and our solution reflects how our services can help DIA perform and continue to grow.”
