SSC Pacific posts RFQ for multimedia support services
On August 11, the U.S. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command issued Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # N66001-17-R-0109 for multimedia support services.
This requirement is to provide multimedia production support for Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific). SSC Pacific’s mission is to enable information warfare for our Naval, Joint, National and Coalition warfighters through research, development, delivery and support of integrated capabilities including Command & Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (C4ISR), cyber, and space systems across all warfighting domains. The contractor shall develop, produce and deliver unclassified multimedia products that support SSC Pacific key messages.
This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive offers are being requested under (RFQ) # N66001-17-R-0109. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production, with a size standard of $32.5 Million dollars. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any offer that is submitted by an offeror that is not a Small Business Concern will not be considered for award.
To be considered acceptable and eligible for award, Offers must provide all of the items and quantities listed below. The Government will not consider offers for partial items or quantities. Anticipated Contract Line Items are provided in Attachment 2, Price Volume. The Government anticipates this effort to be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) type single award contract for a 12-month base period with four 12-month options.
