On September 23, the FBI and Everfox, the global defense technology company delivering high-assurance cybersecurity solutions for mission-critical environments, announced the successful implementation of advanced insider threat capabilities across multiple networks within the FBI. Spanning tens of thousands of endpoints, the deployment of user activity monitoring and behavioral analytics is now fully operational and strengthens the FBI’s ability to detect potential insider threats across the enterprise.

Under the contract awarded to Everfox, the FBI maintains mission ownership, governance, and strategic priorities, while Everfox is responsible for technical execution, engineering support, and product configuration, and coordinates daily with FBI stakeholders. This program resulted in the FBI achieving full compliance with Committee on National Security Systems Directive 504, the federal directive establishing minimum insider-threat user-activity monitoring requirements.
