Research Innovations adds Michelle Adams as VP of contracts & supply chain
Research Innovations, Inc. of Alexandria, VA announced on November 14 the addition of Michelle Adams as vice president of contracts and supply chain.
Adams will lead Research Innovations, Inc. in contractual compliance and partnership, to include general acquisition strategy to best position Research Innovations for that next level of growth, particularly in its Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) business and its newly established Cyber Technologies & Solutions business.

She is a known acquisition leader and trusted advisor in the Defense and Intelligence Communities and I look forward to applying Michelle’s expertise to RII’s initiatives in C4I and the cyber domain,” said Jack Harrington, RII CEO.
Adams brings over 26 years of experience in the defense and intelligence acquisition communities to RII. Most recently, she led a team of contracts professionals in support of a $1B portfolio in Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services business, where she was instrumental in growing Raytheon’s cyber security footprint. Prior to Raytheon, Adams was a contracting officer in the Central Intelligence Agency, following almost a decade in Naval Sea Systems Command’s Contracts Directorate where she executed all levels of acquisition planning and implementation in support of the Aegis Weapon System and Foreign Military Sales supporting the Japanese and Spanish fleets.
