On September 10, the Virginia Contracting Activity posted an RFI on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The DIA has a requirement for Signatures and Materials Exploitation (SIGMA EX). Responses are due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on October 1, according to SAM.gov.
The SOW covers five (5) technical disciplines spread across four (4) functional areas listed below:

Discipline 2: Life Sciences
Discipline 3: Convergent Computational Sciences
Discipline 4: Training
Discipline 5: Engineering
FUNCTIONAL AREAS
Functional Area 1: Operations and Maintenance
Functional Area 2: Evaluation, Validation, and Reporting
Functional Area 3: Research and Development
Functional Area 4: Contract Project Management and Common Tasks
The Place of Performance will be Charlottesville, VA, National Capital Region, Patrick SFB, and Cape Canaveral, FL. The location will be identified in each Task Order. A multiple award IDIQ contract is anticipated as a result of this competition. The full SIGMA EX request for information along with any attachments will be posted on NSA ARC.
