On December 15, Reston, VA-based Intelligent Waves LLC announced that it has named Tim Patterson as its new chief growth officer. Patterson, an expert in strategic planning and execution in the federal market, will oversee all aspects of Intelligent Waves’ continued growth in cybersecurity and secure communications for the defense and Intelligence Community.
Patterson joins Intelligent Waves after serving as a senior executive at CACI in Washington, DC. During his tenure, he was honored with the Cybersecurity Executive of the Year award in 2018. Patterson has extensive federal business experience in both the government and the private sector, growing revenues and profits year after year in the federal market. His expertise includes building strong management and technical teams, developing and maturing business growth, integrating solutions, and improving efficiency.

Patterson earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
