DIA to release Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 requirement

On January 11, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, released a presolicitation notice for the upcoming Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 requirement.
This announcement is intended to serve as notification of the anticipated release of the Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA 3) requirement.
Requests for Information (RFI) and an Industry Day are planned in support of this procurement. Industry questions and feedback will be requested and entertained at this time, however, no dates have been set as of the release of this announcement. Any information regarding this requirement will be announced through FedBizOpps (FBO).
All announcements will be posted on FBO, however, the Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be release on the IC/NSA Acquisition Resource Center (ARC). All companies with the intention of proposing are directed to follow the directions provided on the ARC website at http://www.nsaarc.net.
No other information is available at this time. Information will be communicated on FBO as it becomes available. Vendors are instructed not to attempt to contract the contracting authority or any requiring office as all information will be provided through official announcement.
