ANSER acquires Domain X Technologies (DXT)

Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) of Falls Church, VA announced on November 1 it has acquired Virginia-based Domain X Technologies (DXT), LLC, a company that provides Program Management, DoD Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Modeling & Simulation support to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies. Through this acquisition, represented by the law firm of Holland & Knight, ANSER gains additional analytic depth and breadth within existing business sectors.

DXT has a strong reputation throughout the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense industry as an extremely capable and results-focused company.  Their program/project managers, analysts and technical subject matter experts provide critical support to their clients throughout the entire acquisition life cycle in order to successfully develop and field integrated CBRN solutions. With this acquisition, ANSER blends its government problem-solving heritage with DXT’s acquisition life cycle expertise to advance the company’s “for purpose public service” mission.

“As a not-for-profit, ANSER maintains its legacy of public service through objective analysis and thought leadership independent of commercial influences and those of outside financial stakeholders,” said Carmen Spencer, president and chief executive officer of ANSER. “The acquisition of DXT gives us greater depth and breadth of data and information analysis particularly with regard to modeling and simulation as it is applied to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear issues. That capability will enable us to better advise our government clients about the range of solutions at their disposal, thereby enhancing the value we deliver. This acquisition represents our continued commitment to deliver informed decisions that shape the nation’s future.”

“ANSER’s acquisition of DXT builds on the profound expertise that ANSER brings to the examination of CBRN issues for the US government by adding even more in-house analytic capability,” said Marie Ricciardi, president and CEO of DXT. “This is a great opportunity for the DXT staff to continue their superb support to existing clients while simultaneously gaining access to more opportunities, as well as analytic capability and expertise.
