Xator acquires Merlin International’s Professional Services Group

Xator of Reston, VA announced on December 1 the acquisition of Merlin International’s Professional Services Group (PSG), a rapidly growing cyber security, infrastructure/network operations, and enterprise applications business supporting the federal sector. The acquisition extends Xator’s reach into new critical infrastructure markets while increasing their cyber security and network operations offering for current U.S. government clients.
