Vencore names Jeff Bohling senior vice president and general manager of its Civilian and Defense Group
Vencore, Inc. of Chantilly, VA announced on March 2 that Jeff Bohling was recently appointed as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s Civilian and Defense Group. In this role, Bohling is responsible for the business operations and growth of the group, and expansion of Vencore’s civilian and defense programs and portfolio.
Bohling joins Vencore with a proven track record in leadership, program management and strategic and corporate development. Throughout his career at General Dynamics Information Technology, Bohling held several leadership roles, most recently serving as the general manager of the company’s federal civilian business sector. Prior to joining General Dynamics, Bohling held roles of increasing responsibility at Vangent, Inc., which was acquired by General Dynamics in 2011, and served as senior manager at McLeod USA.

Bohling holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University. He is also a graduate of the ACT-IAC Partners program and an ACT-IAC Fellow.
