US STRATCOM seeks IMMAD and GATE training support

On August 25, US STRATCOM released a solicitation for Integrated Mission Management and Analysis Dashboard (IMMAD) and Global Analytical Environment (GATE) Training Support for US STRATCOM J2. Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. Central on August 30.

Background: To enhance the functionality, capability, capacity and resiliency of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, the United States Strategic Command Director for Intelligence (USSTRATCOM J2) requires IMMAD/GATE training support.

USSTRATCOM requires training on further high impact improvements to the current GATE and IMMAD platforms, which integrate all-source intelligence information on a variety of DOD problem sets into one comprehensive display to maintain situational awareness and advise DOD Senior Leadership.

The Contractor will work with USSTRATCOM to develop and deliver end-user advancement training to support the day-to-day use of GATE and IMMAD functionalities. This requirement consists of the following major activity: Activity 1 – Workforce Development.

Activity 1 —Workforce Development (Training) The Contractor will work with USSTRATCOM to develop and deliver end-user advancement training to support the day-to-day use of GATE and IMMAD functionalities. This may include operations and maintenance training focus on:

  • Mission-focused on- local processes and user training
  • Workshops delivered at STRATCOM
  •  Informal on-site technical training to help end users with application specifics
