US Navy SPAWAR is looking for vendors to redesign its SubHDR mast motion sensor

On February 18, the US Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command issued the following sources sought notice (solicitation number SPAWAR_Headquarters_MKTSVY_FDB86).
The Program Executive Office – Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770), is seeking white papers and comments on the draft Statement of Work, and the Performance Specification for the redesign, development, fabrication, assembly, and test of the Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) Antenna System Mast Motion Sensor (MMS) component.
