Terri Thomas joins ACT I as director of its Proposal Development Center
Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC of Arlington, VA announced on March 29 the addition of Terri Thomas as director of ACT I’s Proposal Development Center. She supports ACT I’s corporate growth strategy by developing, facilitating, and producing new prime and subcontract proposals.
“Ms. Thomas’ expertise in building, managing, and leading a proposal development center and proposal teams will greatly enhance ACT I’s ability to respond to new contract requirements. In turn, this will accelerate the company’s support of new customers,” said Neil Albert, ACT I president.
With over 20 years of senior proposal management experience, Thomas’ background includes working with federal government contractors specializing in information technology, cyber security, program management, cost estimating, and financial management services.
Thomas holds a master of business administration with a concentration in national security defense and a bachelor’s degree in music, technology, production, and performance, both earned from George Mason University. She is an active member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
