SPAWAR posts draft RFP for C4ISR contract
On July 18, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command posted the Draft RFP for the C4ISR Installations contract (Solicitation Number: N00039-17-R-0004). Comments are requested no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time on August 16.
SPAWARSYSCOM has posted a Draft RFP and attachments to the E-Commerce Website. The Draft RFP and attachments are specific to this effort. Any interested parties are invited to review all of the documents and provide comments.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) on behalf of the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) intends to release Request For Proposals (RFP) number N00039-17-R- 0004 for the procurement of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) installation services to be performed on shore facilities, towers, piers, platforms, mobile systems, and special purpose vehicles. The scope of this multiple award contract includes installation of all shore C4ISR, and supporting systems, current and future excluding the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), (NGEN) or any future such contracts. The Contractor shall provide program and project management, engineering design, industrial work, troubleshooting, operational verification, end-user training and other installation services and material necessary to accomplish any SPAWAR C4ISR maintenance, modernization, and new system installation.
This Draft RFP is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response to this Draft RFP. Any information submitted in response to this Draft RFP will become property of the U.S. Government.
