Lentech taps Ryan Rohr as CGO

On September 14, Lentech, Inc. announced that Ryan Rohr has joined the company as chief growth officer (CGO). As Lentech CGO, Rohr will lead Lentech’s corporate growth strategy, with responsibility for strengthening the company’s market position, expanding client relationships, and advancing strategic partnerships.

“The addition of a chief growth officer is an important step in Lentech’s continued evolution,” said Rose Allen, chief executive officer of Lentech. “We have ambitious plans for the future, and Ryan brings the experience, leadership, and disciplined approach to growth that will help us turn those plans into results. Just as importantly, he shares our belief that sustainable growth is a team effort built on exceptional client delivery, innovation, strong relationships, and collaboration across the enterprise.”

Rohr brings 19 years of federal market experience spanning business development, capture, strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation across Defense, Civilian, and National Security markets. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for more than $4 billion in contract wins and has led organizations through significant improvements in pipeline development, win rates, revenue growth, and operational performance.

Most recently, Rohr served as chief strategy officer for Thomson Reuters Special Services, where he established growth and operational functions, expanded the company’s qualified pipeline, increased average deal size, and helped strengthen its competitive position. His previous leadership experience includes senior positions with Empower AI and ASRC Federal.

“Lentech has a tremendous opportunity ahead of us,” said Allen. “We are building on a strong foundation while continuing to invest in the leadership, capabilities, and market positioning necessary for our next stage of growth. Ryan will be an important part of that journey. We are excited to have him on our team, and I can’t wait to see what we build together.”
