Sotera wins prime position on $22 billion DHS EAGLE II contract
Sotera Defense Solutions, a provider of mission-critical technology-based systems, solutions and services for national security agencies and programs of the U.S. Government, was recently awarded a prime position on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program — Functional Category 1 (FC1) Unrestricted (UNR) track.
DHS EAGLE II is a Multiple-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. The purpose of the FC1 track is to provide a full range of services and products in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology to support the DHS mission and business functions across the entire lifecycle of a program. Services include: System Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration; Software Design and Development; and, Operations and Maintenance.

The seven-year DHS EAGLE II IDIQ has a $22 billion ceiling.
