Salient CRGT announces two new executive hires
Salient CRGT, Inc. of Fairfax, VA announced on June 14 two new additions joining the Salient CRGT Civilian Services Group – Enterprise Transformation Division with David Boyle as vice president leading solution design and technology innovation, and Craig Park as vice president leading growth and operations. Salient CRGT is a leading provider of health, data analytics, cloud, agile software development, mobility, cyber security, and infrastructure solutions.

Boyle will be responsible for identifying technology efficiencies and expanding technology innovations serving the United States Postal Service (USPS) client base. With more than 30 years of experience designing both business processes and technical updates, Boyle has supported complete end-to-end program management and operational activities. Boyle has consistently succeeded on large and complex projects by leading teams to develop, mature, and transition IT portfolio offerings into steady state operations. Boyle has spent the past 17 years with General Dynamics Information Technologies where he led large teams focused on serving management and technology expertise to USPS, most notably payment processing applications and back office solutions.
Park will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a large team of software developers, maximizing efficiencies, and implementing best practices of Agile and DevOps methodologies. As a proven leader, Park brings 25 years of experience spanning management and technology consulting, business and contract management, project management, and corporate portfolio expansion. With a strong customer focus, Park brings an outstanding record of achievement optimizing business processes and growth. Park led multimillion-dollar projects and programs for government clients in federal civilian market including Treasury, HHS, USPS, NASA, Energy, and FDA. Additionally, he has held executive leadership positions at REI Systems and RCM Technologies, implementing complex projects in support of government and corporate initiatives.
