NAWCAD WOLF posts C5ISR draft RFP
On March 22, the U.S. Navy, posted the draft request for proposals (RFP) for Special Operations Forces Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems. Responses to the draft RFP are due by 6:00 p.m. Eastern on April 5, according to SAM.gov.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division supports Special Operations Forces (SOF) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems and products to meet the unique requirements of SOF customers.
The SCMS Division provides a wide range of systems engineering, acquisition, technical, integration, test and evaluation, subject matter expertise, logistics, and sustainment support for C5ISR products, systems, and networks employed by United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC), United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Department of Defense (DoD), and non-DoD agencies that partner with and execute missions alongside SOF entities.
