NASA’s NCAPS draft RFP just days away
On August 16, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) provided an update to its Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) requirement.
NASA’s Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to post a Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP) to invite prospective Offerors to comment on NASA’s Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) requirement. The purpose of this contract is to acquire enterprise IT and related services across NASA’s centers. The services include information security; application, web, and platform services; information and data analytics; IT services for automation; and IT innovation. The anticipated contract will support all NASA Centers and Facilities.
NASA intends to conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. The anticipated release of the DRFP is August 29, 2022. The anticipated Final Request for Proposals (RFP) is October 12, 2022. Please see below for further tentative schedule updates:
- DRFP Issuance – August 29, 2022
- Virtual Pre-solicitation Conference – September 7, 2022 (RFP will include instructions for scheduling breakout meetings)
- Final RFP Issuance Date – October 12, 2022
- Contract Award Date – June 5, 2023
