METIS Solutions, LLC of Arlington, VA announced on June 21 that it has completed the acquisition of Pluribus International Corporation, a leading provider of specialized intelligence services to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and national security clients. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
For the last 15 years, Pluribus has been a go-to provider
of counterintelligence, all-source analysis, critical infrastructure
protection, and other mission focused services to clients across the IC.
Specifically, Pluribus has been a trusted service provider to the DIA, NGA, and
INSCOM. As part of Metis, the combined firm is very well-positioned to expand
its presence in the Department of Defense (DoD), Special Operations and IC
communities, providing key mission critical solutions to our country.
