MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a Dayton, OH-based national security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced on June 22 that it has been named as a subcontractor to Fulcrum IT Services, LLC to provide specialized service support to the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC). Under this Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quality (IDIQ) vehicle, MacB will aide in the technical development of weapons effects assessment, sensor technology capability/battle damage assessment criteria, information technology and integration. The work will be performed at a combination of MacB research and government facilities.
JWAC is a subordinate command of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) that contributes to national security by recommending strategic technical solutions. JWAC uses information provided by the Intelligence Community to analyze and recommend solutions to both military and civilian leaders, and coordinates directly with staff of all unified commands, Department of Defense (DoD) elements, military services and other government agencies.
Fulcrum is a leading technology company based in Centreville, Virginia with a history of providing scientific and engineering solutions for customers in the defense, intelligence, education and healthcare sectors. The company has experience working with more than 25 agencies within the DoD.
“We look forward to working with Fulcrum to meet the strategic technical solutions required by JWAC,” said Mark Chadason, Senior Vice President and General Manager for MacB’s National Security Group (NSG). “The customer operates in a challenging joint command environment due to emerging threats in the U.S. and around the world. Our years of experience providing innovative and cost-effective solutions for the DoD Operational Community means that we are uniquely qualified to support JWAC and USSTRATCOM when national security is threatened. ”
