Ken Newcomer joins MCR as business development SVP
MCR of McLean, VA announced on June 21 that Ken Newcomer has joined the company as its new senior vice president of business development. Newcomer has more than three decades of experience in business development and executive leadership. He will be responsible for growing MCR’s contract opportunities with the Department of Defense and civilian agencies and to support the company’s overall strategic plan to grow.

Newcomer joins MCR with over 35 years of service supporting many key government programs. Most recently, he was vice pesident of business development for ICF International where he was responsible for all aspects of business development, strategy development and execution. Prior to ICF he was with leading technology and professional services firms such as, Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC), Verity, British Telecom (BT), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
