John Hassoun named CEO of Vistronix

Vistronix of Reston, VA announced on January 5 that, effective immediately, John Hassoun will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in addition to his role as Corporate President.   Former CEO, Deepak Hathiramani, will retain the role of Chairman of the Board.

In his role as CEO and President, John will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for overall Vistronix executive management and corporate strategy.   John joined Vistronix in July 2012 and has been a key contributor to our growth and success.  Through his experience as co-CEO of ATS Corporation, CEO of Global Integrated Security and CEO of Olive Group, he has more than 25 years of corporate experience in executive management, corporate strategy and business development, and business operations and program management.

With December’s acquisitions of Agency Consulting Group (ACG), ExaTech Solutions, and Objective Solutions, Inc. (OSI), Vistronix has reached a state of maturity in which the company requires the next level of strategic leadership to continue its growth.  The addition of ACG, ExaTech, and OSI accelerates Vistronix’s vision to become a prominent national security technology company by allowing the company the opportunity to pursue and capture larger and more complex contracts as both a significant sub and as a prime.  This combined expertise positions Vistronix to help solve complex problems, contain emerging threats to our nation’s security and address some of the most serious security challenges of the 21st century.
