Fulcrum announces Alisha Poland as new business development director
On March 23, Fulcrum CEO Jeff Handy announced the selection of Alisha Poland as Fulcrum’s new director for business development supporting federal and civilian programs.
“Alisha’s understanding of our federal clients and her experience in creating and leading winning teams positions Fulcrum well as we continue to expand our footprint with federal agencies and organizations,” said Ken Diller, Fulcrum’s vice president of corporate development. “She will be on the leading edge of Fulcrum’s Enterprise Solutions efforts to connect with our current customers, new government customers, current partners, and new teammates. We look forward to her integrating agile and iterative methodologies with our existing and new customers and teammates throughout all federal agencies.”

Poland has over a decade of experience in business operations, development/capture management, and organizational/corporate strategy. She has worked with a broad collection of federal customers to include the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and numerous other Federal Agencies. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including Women in Defense (WID), Women in Technology (WIT), National Industrial Defense Association (NIDA), and Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA). She is also involved with several local and national charities.
