Fidelis Cybersecurity acquires Resolution1 Security

Responding to customer demand for a comprehensive approach to advanced threat defense that encompasses the network and endpoints, Waltham, MA-based Fidelis Cybersecurity announced on May 12 that it has acquired Resolution1 Security. The Resolution1 platform delivers real-time insight and analysis, and automated response and remediation of security incidents, enabling security analysts and operations teams to more rapidly and effectively find and eliminate threats at the endpoint device. Fidelis Cybersecurity is a privately held company backed by Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm with over $3 billion of capital under management.

Resolution1 will be integrated with Fidelis XPS™, Fidelis Cybersecurity’s flagship network security solution. Fidelis XPS, which earned a top rating of “Recommended” in an independent test of breach detection systems conducted by NSS Labs, provides real-time detection and prevention across all phases of the threat lifecycle. Together, both solutions will support the work done by Fidelis Cybersecurity’s leading network defense and forensics team and threat research team, and arm Fidelis Cybersecurity’s customers with a comprehensive solution to effectively defend against today’s adversaries and attacks. Additionally, both Resolution1 and Fidelis XPS will continue to integrate with their other network and endpoint solutions.
