DSS posts RFI for Intelligence Information Reports

On August 29, the Defense Security Service posted a request for information for Intelligence Information Reports (Solicitation Number: HS0021-18-RFI-IIR). Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on September 6.
This is a RFI used to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of providing for assistance to the Collection Management Branch (CMB) to generate Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) from cases.
The Defense Security Service (DSS) is conducting market research to determine the extent of competition in the market place and any applicable set-aside opportunities.
Numerous companies were found capable of providing the service via GSA and FBO.gov; however, furthering that market research, DSS would like for industry to provide feedback on the attached DRAFT solicitation and questions.
The Government anticipates an award prior to the end of this calendar year. As a result, any information and/or feedback that industry can provide would be helpful in us determining a path forward for this acquisition.
