DISA seeks high throughput satellite services
On December 28, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) posted a sources sought notice for high throughput satellite services. Responses are due by 10:00 a.m. Central on January 20.
This is a sources sought announcement to determine the availability and technical capability of large or small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
The United States Space Force (USSF) Commercial Satellite Communications Office (CSCO) is seeking information for potential sources for providing managed services High Throughput Satellite (HTS) capacity and broadband services, gateway services, and monitoring and control of services), satellite terminals, field service representative (FSR) support, training, and terrestrial backhaul.
The USSF CSCO acquires COMSATCOM services on behalf of mission partners in the DoD and other entities. The CSCO is seeking information from resellers on current offerings and structures for HTS Services located in the Medium Earth Orbit (MEO).
