DIA to hold second Industry Engagement Day in June

On May 1, the Defense Intelligence Agency posted an invitation for its upcoming DIA Industry Engagement Day. The event will take place on June 16, and registration will open in mid-May.

Please join the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Contracting Operations Division (CF04), for the second DIA Industry Engagement Day to be held at the Booz Allen Hamilton Conference Facility in Tysons Corner on 16 June 2017 from 8:30am – 12:00pm EST.  The event is open to all businesses interested in working with DIA.

The session will include unclassified presentations from the offices of the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer.  A discussion of the DIA’s end-to-end acquisition process is also planned.  Potential upcoming acquisitions will be made available.  See the agenda posted with this announcement for more details.

Seating capacity is limited to 150 attendees.  Companies will be limited to two (2) registrants.  Registration will be closed upon reaching seating capacity.  Arrangements are being made to accommodate additional attendees as either fill-ins for registrants who are deemed to be “no shows” or in another room within the Conference Facility.  In addition, a web-based broadcast is being researched as a potential method to expand the attendee base.  If this becomes an option, the website and access instructions will be posted at a future date.
