DIA posts EUCOM NIFC support RFP
On April 19, the Defense Intelligence Agency released a request for proposals for USEUCOM’s NATO Intelligence Fusion Center (NIFC) support. Questions about the solicitation are due by 1:00 p.m. Eastern on April 30, and proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on May 17.
This RFP requires program management, visualization, and facilities management staff support services in support of USEUCOM’s NIFC and JAC office. Due to the sensitive nature of the requirement, the SOW will not be publicly disseminated, posted or released via email. The RFP and amendments will be posted via the Government-Point-of-Entry site, SAM.gov. Offerors seeking access to the Statement of Work and security pages (usually attached to the DD254) shall request, by email, that the contracting office send a copy of the Statement of Work and security pages via the secure website, DoD SAFE.
The NAICS is 541611 and the business size standard for this NAICS is $24.5 million. The RFP is a 100% total set-aside to 8(a) concerns that are either in the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a 12-month base period with four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each, with the option of a 6-month extension.
The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a standalone, single award Time and Materials contract. The Government intends to award one contract to the responsibile offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
