Cubic announces James Craig as VP, GM of ground training systems
Cubic Global Defense (CGD), a business division of San Diego, CA-based Cubic Corporation, announced on October 3 the appointment of James Craig as vice president and general manager of ground training systems. Craig is a business executive with significant experience leading teams in the development of complex systems for the military, government and commercial entities.
“Jim brings a wealth of talent, energy and remarkable program execution credentials to Cubic,” said Dave Buss, president of Cubic Global Defense. “With his deep understanding of ground training and extensive customer insights, Jim will be integral in leading the growth of one of our most important business areas.”
Prior to joining Cubic, Craig completed a 35-year career at Lockheed Martin where he most recently served as the director of business transformation for the company’s rotary and mission systems (RMS) business. Craig was also the vice president of global training and logistics and held numerous leadership roles including corporate strategy, business growth and program management.
