Bradford Powell named Ultra I&C’s C2I president

On August 6, Austin, TX-based Ultra Intelligence & Communications (Ultra I&C) announced the appointment of Bradford Powell as the new president of C2I. In his new role, he will report directly to Jon Rucker, CEO of Ultra I&C. He will be responsible for overseeing all business unit activities within C2I and will continue to drive the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic growth strategy.

Jon Rucker, CEO of Ultra I&C, stated, “I look forward to having Bradford on the team. His extensively demonstrated leadership and expertise in strategy development and implementation within the defense industry will reinforce our position in the market and bolster our growth as a company.”

Powell’s career includes serving as a United States Air Force Acquisition Officer before advancing into leadership positions in the defense technology sector. His most recent role was as Partner of FON Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in aerospace, defense and government markets. Bradford has also held leadership positions at Cubic Corporation and Northrop Grumman, contributing to his expertise in the industry.
