On November 3, TENICA Global Solutions announced that it has acquired Trinity Enterprise Services, LLC, a provider of full-lifecycle systems engineering and integration solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community. The acquisition strengthens TENICA’s presence at key agencies across the Intelligence Community and expands its technical capabilities as it continues to build a differentiated national security platform, the company said. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Trinity provides a comprehensive suite of engineering and integration services spanning enterprise IT operations and infrastructure, data center and cloud, systems integration, cybersecurity and compliance, and mission integration. With more than a decade of experience supporting critical national security programs, Trinity has established a strong track record of performance across successive contract awards and developed deep technical expertise and longstanding relationships. Trinity also maintains established positions on long-term programs with customers, demonstrating the expertise of its people, industry relationships, and innovative solutions.
“Trinity’s exceptional track record of supporting the Intelligence Community’s mission, combined with its highly talented workforce and longstanding customer relationships, makes it an ideal partner to strengthen our existing platform,” said Nicholas Scherling, president and CEO of TENICA. “This acquisition represents an important next step in our strategy to expand and reinforce TENICA’s already strong presence in the Intelligence Community and create a more comprehensive suite of mission-critical solutions. We look forward to welcoming and working closely with Ward, David, and the entire Trinity team as we build on their strong foundation, invest in new capabilities, and pursue opportunities to grow the combined business as we support the national security mission.”
“Since founding Trinity, we have focused on building a company known for technical excellence, trusted relationships, and an unwavering commitment to completing the important missions we support,” said Ward Roberts, co-founder and CEO and David Benson, co-founder and COO of Trinity. “Joining TENICA represents an exciting next chapter for our business and our people. With access to the additional resources and capabilities necessary, we will be better positioned to serve our customers and to pursue new avenues for growth, including by expanding our technical offerings in software development and artificial intelligence, and further investing in our people. We look forward to building on what we’ve accomplished and what we can collectively achieve as we partner closely with the U.S. Government to support crucial missions.”
