Battle Resource Management, Inc. (BRMi) acquires IT services provider Clearsoft Inc.

Battle Resource Management, Inc. (BRMi) announced on January 27 that it has acquired Clearsoft, an information technology (IT) services company that provides agile enterprise software development and systems integration to Federal and commercial organizations. With this acquisition, Chevy Chase, MD-based BRMi becomes a single source for end-to-end capabilities that accelerate and optimize digital transformation, including migration to the cloud – starting with business process assessment and extending through software development, deployment, and optimization.
