Air National Guard posts ISR sources sought
On December 16, the Air National Guard (ANG) issued a sources sought notice for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, command, and control staff technical support services. Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on December 21.
The ANG Bureau A2/A3, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate (NGB/A2/A3) is seeking input from Small Business Participants on prior contract’s Statement of Work to provide technical and analytical support for ANG ISR and Command and Control (C2) mission sets: Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Distributed Mission Systems (DMS), Cyber ISR, Targeting, Unit Level Intelligence (ULI), Federated Intelligence Program (FIP), All Source Intelligence, and C2.
No solicitation is being issued at this time.

Place of Performance: This support is located primarily at Joint Base Andrews, MD and four (4) additional sites – McConnell AFB, KS; Robins AFB, GA; 25th Air Force (San Antonio, TX); and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Operational Contracting Division is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified small business sources to provide the ANGRC with a staff that can provide analytical support and technical expertise for ANG ISR and Command and Control (C2) mission sets: Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), Distributed Mission Systems (DMS), Cyber ISR, Targeting, Unit Level Intelligence (ULI), Federated Intelligence Program (FIP), All Source Intelligence, and C2.
The Government requests interested parties submit a response which shall include a brief description of their company’s business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (8(a)), anticipated teaming arrangements (i.e. prime contractor/subcontractor, joint venture, mentor protégé relationship, etc.), and a description of same/similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by teaming partner.
