Air Force to hold industry day for upcoming data link enterprise solicitation
On March 11, the U.S. Air Force posted the following information on an upcoming industry day in support of an upcoming data link enterprise (DLE) solicitation (Solicitation Number: CDL-20141216 / FA8726-16-R-0001). The draft RFP is projected to be available on or before April 1, 2016, and the industry day meeting will take place April 20-21.
Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Space, Aerial and Nuclear Networks Division (HNA), Gateways/Tactical Data Links (TDL) Branch (HNAG) is conducting an Industry Day. The purpose is to provide interested parties with the opportunity to learn about the proposed DLE Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract requirements and to have a two-way dialogue with industry regarding concerns, suggestions and comments. Industry Day enables potential offerors to gain more insight into the proposed acquisition; however, participation in the Industry Day is not a prerequisite for responding to the final Request for Proposal (RFP).
