Air Force seeks JWICS kits and support

On January 18, the U.S. Air Force posted a sources sought notice for Deployable Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) Kits and Infrastructure Support. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on February 4.

The purpose of this requirement is to provide Deployable Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) Kits and Infrastructure Support to the Air Combat Command A2 Intelligence Directorate. The contractor shall provide support across a broad range of technical acquisition, program management, deployment and sustainment of specialized information technologies (IT) lifecycle support for global systems and network architectures.

This support includes engineering to enhance operations, sustainment, integration, and improvements to systems and networks. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and other items necessary to provide classified cyber operations infrastructure capacity and related services for HQ ACC and ACC subordinate NAFs, Centers, and Wings.

This requirement is to provide ACC/A2 with 12 deployable DICE kits distributed and supported at multiple Lead Wing locations. The places of performance will be at multiple Contiguous United States (CONUS) military bases identified in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, long-distance travel, including Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) support, will be provided as needed and reimbursed in accordance with travel regulations.
