E3/Sentinel acquires Operational Intelligence
E3/Sentinel, a NewSpring Holdings platform company based in McLean, VA announced on December 6 that it has acquired Operational Intelligence, LLC, a leading provider of mission-focused analytical, technical, operational and training services to the Intelligence and DoD Community. Coupling this acquisition with the August acquisition of Data Works, E3/Sentinel continues its expansion of its digital, analytics and technical capabilities, bringing more robust offerings to its cleared customers as well as to all its government customers. The acquisition is effective today, and the companies will combine business operations immediately.
Operational Intelligence (OI), founded in 2008 with headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, primarily supports the Intelligence and Defense Community specializing in addressing the nation’s most complex intelligence and warfighting challenges at all levels. As a trusted advisor on mission-critical programs, Operational Intelligence has an established reputation of developing agile and innovative solutions to addressing the rapidly changing threat and mission environment.
