NGA releases RFP for GTLC
On April 3, the National Geospatial-Intelligence agency released the final request for proposal for the GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Contract (GTLC). Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on May 3.
The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) is providing this Solicitation Notice of the release of the Final Solicitation / Request for Proposal (RFP) for the GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Contract (GTLC) requirement Solicitation HM047618R0073. The GTLC is the follow-on effort to the NGA GEOINT Learning Program (GLP) contract. The anticipated contract will be a single-award IDIQ with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Labor, and Cost Reimbursable CLIN for travel/Other Direct Costs.
The solicitation is posted to the Unclassified Intelligence Community – Acquisition Research Center (IC-ARC) website (https://acq.westfields.net).
Interested Offerors shall submit their questions within ten (10) calendar days from release of the RFP in response to this solicitation. If the tenth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, questions will be due at 4:00 PM EST on the next business day. Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the RFP shall be submitted on the UNCLASSIFIED ARC website under the GTLC webpage.
All questions and requests for clarification shall at a minimum identify the applicable RFP section and page number for each question. Vendor questions received after the submission deadline may not receive a response. Only responses submitted to the UNCLASSIFIED ARC website under the GTLC webpage shall be considered for the purposes of award of this procurement.
