DIA posts RFI for intelligence analysis, production support
On October 26, the General Services Administration posted a request for information on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Responses are due no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1.
General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Government in conducting market research. This information will be used for market research only. The Government is not obligated to release a future solicitation.
DIA provides strategic all-source analysis on all facets of regional militaries and associated political apparatuses and actions, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), cyber, terrorists/insurgent organizations, networks and operating environments. This analysis serves numerous purposes to include supporting national and Department of Defense (DoD) policy, planning, acquisition, and military operations. In order to fulfill this mission DIA requires all source intelligence analysis and support personnel with a wide variety of intelligence backgrounds and skills to support regional and country specific strategic all source analysis and production.
DIA requires all-source intelligence analysts with a wide variety of intelligence backgrounds, experience, and academic credentials to support regional and country specific analytic production. Regional expertise is needed for the Middle East and North Africa (MARC), Asia Pacific (APRC), Afghanistan-Pakistan, Europe Eurasia (EERC), and the Americas (AMRC).
DIA is seeking analytic and production support to provide localized intelligence visualization, dissemination and business analytic services to the analytic workforce consistent with standards provided by the Design and Dissemination Division (D3).These tasks serves as a supplement to centralized D3 activities performed on a separate contract and span the entire spectrum of finished intelligence production and dissemination, organized into service areas, including, technical editing, intelligence dissemination, intelligence visualization, business analytics, communications campaigns, process improvement, production capabilities, customer coordination, production management solutions, and knowledge management activities.
