Vistronix secures position on $50 billion Alliant Large Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions of Reston, VA announced on February 22 that the company has acquired a prime U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Alliant, GSA’s premier enterprise GWAC, allows for long-term planning of large-scale IT program requirements.
“We are proud to have a place on the GSA Alliant contract for large businesses. This contract enables federal agencies to buy cost-effective solutions for information technology requirements and extends Vistronix’s position as a reliable and innovative federal government contractor with GSA,” said John Hassoun, President and CEO, Vistronix.
Alliant’s features include:
- Supports various task-order contract types, including fixed price, cost reimbursement, time and materials, and labor hours.
- May be used by all federal agencies, including the Department of Defense.
- Allows for ancillary support to offer a fully integrated IT solution.
Vistronix has supported GSA’s acquisition initiatives for well over 10 years. GSA provides a centralized delivery system of products and services to the federal government, leveraging its enormous buying power to get the best value for taxpayers. Founded in 1949, GSA manages more than one-fourth of the government’s total procurement dollars and influences the management of $500 billion in federal assets.
