Virginia Contracting Activity issues draft RFP for CBRN HST solicitation

DIA 112On July 21, the Virginia Contracting Activity released the draft RFP for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Human Signatures (CBRN HST) solicitation (Solicitation Number: HHM402-16-R-0003).

This is the official issuance of Pre-solicitation (Draft RFP) HHM402-16-R-0003 for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Human Signatures (CBRN HST) procurement and is published in accordance with FAR 15. The proposed contract type is Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CBRN HST is a follow-on effort to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) IDIQ and Solutions for Intelligence: CBRNE, Biometrics, Applications, and Technologies (SICBAT) IDIQ contracts held with the Virginia Contracting Activity.

CBRN HST will provide support to areas of 1. Chemical, 2. Biological, 3. Radiological and Nuclear, and 4. Human Signatures performance. The Government intends to make multiple awards resulting from the solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make no awards or only a single award. Awards will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposals represent the best value in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Section M. All comments and questions must be submitted in writing to CBRNHST@dodiis.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Award is anticipated in late spring 2017.
