USSOCOM announces Industry Day
On April 20, the U.S. Special Operations Command issued a presolicitation notice Industry Day information. Responses are due by May 4 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern, according to FedBizOpps.
The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform industry of USSOCOMs intent to issue a Draft RFP for Actionable Intelligence Support prior to 1 May 2018. This Draft RFP will allow for questions to be submitted and be followed by an Industry Day on the morning of 15 May 2018. Once the Industry Day is completed the Government will hold one-on-one meetings with interested vendors beginning on the afternoon of Tuesday, 15 May thru Friday, 18 May 2018.
To gain access to the Draft RFP, Interested Vendors must be registered within SAM with the proper NAICS Code for this requirement, which will be verified by the Contracting Officer. Furthermore, Interested Vendor’s Cage Code will be submitted through USSOCOM Security who will verify proof of:

SECRET Level of SafeguardingThis precaution has been established to limit the dissemination of sensitive unclassified information. Proof of Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret Level of Safeguarding are required for this effort.
This notice is NOT a formal solicitation and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Please direct industry questions or comments regarding the pre-solicitation/ DRAFT RFP notice in writing to the points of contact.
Proposals will NOT be accepted.
The Final Solicitation (RFP) is anticipated to be available mid- late June 2018.
