U.S. Army National Guard issues NGB-J2 Intelligence Analysis sources sought

On February 5, U.S. Army National Guard Bureau posted the following sources sought notice. Responses are due no later than 8:00am on February 16.
The purpose of this sources sought is to identify the depth of sources within the market that provide intelligence analysis with a specific focus on intelligence reporting, Joint Incident Awareness and Assessment Team (JIT) activities, and Intelligence Oversight (IO). Tasks incorporated within this requirement include intelligence reporting, cyber analysis, JIT Training, and IO analysis and reporting. The attached draft PWS is subject to change prior to the release of a solicitation, if a solicitation is released.
Interested sources should submit all capabilities, experiences, and/or qualifications electronically to the contracts specialist prior to Tuesday, 16 Feb 2016, 08:00 AM. Oral communications, telecommunication and faxed inquiries are not acceptable responses to this notice.
